Chalos will deliver a speech and presentation at the Novo 2007 conference in Novorossiysk, Russia, the largest sea port on the coast of the Black Sea, concerning the Rule B Maritime Attachment and Garnishment Process under U.S. law. The conference organizers have advised that over two-hundred (200) participants from twenty (20) countries will be in attendance. Delegates and speakers at the conference will be discussing the recent trends and shipping market developments; the influence of China on shipping markets, cargo turnover from Azov/Black Sea ports and its prospects; newbuildings; and commonly encountered legal issues.
