Gene O’Connor presented a paper and gave a speech at the Montreal Grunt Club annual meeting concerning multi-modal carrier liability limits post Kirby. The speech was well received by an audience of over one-hundred (100) marine insurers, ship owners, operators, charterers, NVOCC’s and international transportation lawyers.
